However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or credit note. To initiate the return process, kindly email us and include your original receipt and contact details. Once we receive your return, we will assess the item's condition and notify you via email about the status of your refund.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure that the returned items are new and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or there has been a mistake on our part. We recommend using a recorded delivery service with appropriate insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit, as we cannot be held responsible for such incidents.

Please note that sale items (excluding discount codes) are non-refundable. Additionally, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings. We do not accept returns or exchanges for bespoke or custom orders, resized pieces, or made-to-order engagement or wedding bands. 

Our workshop and workshop gift cards are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or credit note if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please ensure you email us within 6 hours of placing your order. Kindly note that many pieces are custom made, and once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS:

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly by providing a replacement item, exchanging it, or issuing a refund. The faulty item will need to be returned to us before we can send a replacement.
